These clinical calculators have been designed to assist clinicians with weight based calculations in children. These calculators do not replace a medication prescription or clinical judgement. All drug calculations are based on established paediatric resuscitation resources (ARC & APLS) and protocols at the author's institution. Please review your local protocols before prescribing these drugs.

An individual patient's condition may warrant variation in drug doses calculated - clinicians must take this into account before prescribing any medications.
